In the event that you terminate your resell relationship, we are obligated to each of your customers that their account will now be managed by another Van Winkle affiliate, in your absence.  All your customers will be free to move away from our service platform or remain a subscriber under the current pricing for up to one year from the date you choose to end their relationship to you.
